Non Alcoholic Irish Cream Liqueur Ingredients

Baileys Irish Cream is a classic holiday drink but maybe you are looking for a version that is a non alcoholic Baileys and this recipe is what you need. I first made this mocktail at the request of my kids, who wanted a “fancy” drink for the holidays and so they got this Non Alcoholic Irish Cream. Well jump ahead five plus years and with one of them over 21, they are still asking for the non alcoholic version of this drink. This set of ingredients is pretty basic and all that you can find easily in the grocery store.

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Instant coffee
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Vanilla extract
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Half and Half
  • milk (whole milk is preferred)

How To Make Non Alcoholic Irish Cream

You will need a blender or I have on occasion used an immersion blender but not always as easy to use but cleans up much easier than a full blender.

One by one add your ingredients to the blender. No need to worry about any rhyme or reason as to how you add the ingredients. The sweetened condensed milk usually needs to be scrapped out of the can with a spoon due it being so thick but everything else should not present any issues.

I have played around with this recipe over the years and determined that this blend of dairy works best. It does not sacrifice the creaminess you are looking for but on the flip side does not make it so thick you cannot drink it. There was a time that I used to struggle getting the drink out of the bottle it was so thick but this recipe fixes that issue with this perfect blend of dairy.

30 seconds of blending the ingredients is really all you need. It is almost to short of a time frame to blend anything less but from my experience doing it any longer changes the consistency and you could end up with curdled Irish cream. Once you have blended for the 30 seconds, remove from the blender and chill in the regfrigator. I will frequently use mason jars or brown glass bottle with a stopper attached.

If you can, I would suggest chilling for 1-2 hours before drinking but this recipe is so good and delicious, I can understand if you did not do that. You can store this for about 1-2 weeks max, highly unlikely but you never know.
